The Civil Service Commission (CSC) released the list of successful examinees who got the highest score also known as topnotchers and top performing regions of the Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) held last June 23, 2019.

Regions with Highest Passing Rate
Central Visayas (Region VII) – 28.26% or 39 passers out of 138 examinees
NCR – 26.96% or 31 passers out of 115 examinees
Bicol region (Region V) – 22.93% or 36 passers out of 157 examinees
Ilocos region (Region I) – 22.12%
Southern Tagalog (Region IV) – 21.54%
Central Luzon (Region III) – 20.98%
Both passed and failed examinees ccan generate their individual test results/ratings using Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) starting August 18, 2019. See instructions here.
Successful examinees must personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office concerned starting September 4, 2019. Representatives are not allowed to claim on behalf of the passers. In claiming the Certification, passers must present at least one valid ID upon claiming of the CoE.

Successful examinees are strongly advised to verify first if their Certification is already available for claiming before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office to maximize time and effort. Representatives are not allowed to claim the CoE.

The Local Treasurer Eligibility (LTE) is a second level eligibility appropriate for appointment only to Local Treasurer and Assistant Local Treasurer positions, and to positions under the Financial Services that do not involve practice of profession and are not covered by Bar/Board or special laws.
